The ability to search for applicants by skill sets, job title or location was very helpful in finding qualified candidates quickly! As with any applicant tracking system there are some things that could be improved such as having more filters available when searching through resumes. I love that it's very customizable, so you can create your own job posting or have their team customize one for us when we need them done quickly!
