The ability to search for applicants by skill sets, job title or location was very helpful in finding qualified candidates quickly! As with any applicant tracking system there are some things that could be improved such as having more filters available when searching through resumes.

It would also help if you had better reporting capabilities so we can see who applied to our open positions and what their qualifications were. I like how easy it was to set up and use this application compared to other ATS's we have used before. We were able to find several qualified individuals within days of posting our openings.
