Great value for money in boat covers

My boat is a low 14 inch aluminum V bottom. The case fitted perfectly. The long strap length offers more flexibility for different case shapes. Straps are attached approximately every 18 inches on the lid along its entire length and at the stern and bow. They are double stitched and run the full width of the case at each attachment point for a snug fit and protection from rain and wind. The material is of good weight and should provide years of service. I am very happy with this purchase and…

Not 14 feet long. Finally came iCOVER.

I have a 14ft Jon boat and ordered this cover. At 10 inches, the cover is too short and does not reach the rear partition. The beam fits. I measured bow to stern and it's exactly 14 feet. No response from seller. Update: 1.22.19, I just received a new cover from ICOVER. Customer service contacted me and said they saw the problem and gave me some options. I opted for a new cover and they came and replaced it. THANK YOU iCover. Sometimes things go wrong, and what defines a company is how it…

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Security

The stitching looks like this product is well stitched and fits my Jon like a glove. I'm a bit at a loss as to how to rate this particular cover as this product from iCover is probably perfect for everyone except customers who live in the Arizona or California desert. The straps of the braces had almost unraveled under UV exposure and are now torn in a typical monsoon storm. I'm giving it a 2.5 because, apart from not being able to withstand the scorching sun, this product looks very well…

Works very well but not quite waterproof

This boat cover works fairly well but needs a pole or something in the middle to keep water from pooling. The straps hold the case in place well, but don't provide enough tension to keep the top of the case taut, allowing water to pool in puddles. Where water collects, it seeps through the cover and drips into the boat. I don't think this coating will last long if you leave water on it in a puddle. Every time it rains I go out and shake the water off the top. seems to be working fine so far…

14' fits perfectly with my Gruman 1542

Was really on the edge between a 14ft or 16ft case. My Gruman 1542 is exactly 14 feet long along the guns, but has another 8 inch V-arc. The case fits perfectly. It only drops about 4 inches above the nose, but the bow eyelet is right there anyway, so it would have more fabric in it. Path. Pleasantly surprised by all the straps that come with long or short straps. The straps are completely sewn at the top so that the cover fabric itself is not stressed. 300D fabric seems to be good, as long as…

Great fit. There are no problems with the trip.

Bought a 16ft cover for a 1548m front longboard. Ideal for boats with elastic sidewalls. The straps were very long but just enough to put on the front and back of the boat (we ended up cutting them off to keep the extra strap from dangling in the wind while we were sailing. The cover was used for a trip from Florida to Idaho I've been in a lot of rain including hard downpours The cover had no issues and items in our boat didn't get wet T. no problem. We put cardboard on the corners of the boat…

So pleasantly surprised

I really thought this case would be like this and that I would have to do something to make it work but. I'm very happy with it right out of the box. The material feels a little light which is the worst I can say about it. I ordered it to cover my small plastic boat Pelican Intruder 12. It fits perfectly! It has a strong elastic band sewn all around in the relief area on the bow and stern for V-Traction and engines and comes with lots of 1" zips to hold the lid in place. It has a really nice…

Fits well. BUT AS WATERPROOF AS TOILET PAPER!

Definitely not too big. Put on my 12ft 2 person boat and it's just the right size. Fits great and looks great. hope it lasts Well we had a rainy day and everything in the boat got wet so it's definitely NOT waterproof. Waterproof would be an exaggeration. More like leaves and butterflies not getting into your boat. I have approached the seller with my options and am waiting for his response. Well, the seller always finds excuses. At first they said that it rains in the lowlands and the water…
