The stitching looks like this product is well stitched and fits my Jon like a glove. This boat cover works fairly well but needs a pole or something in the middle to keep water from pooling. The straps hold the case in place well, but don't provide enough tension to keep the top of the case taut, allowing water to pool in puddles. Where water collects, it seeps through the cover and drips into the boat. I don't think this coating will last long if you leave water on it in a puddle.
