Low battery PD with USB ports not working

Bought on Amazon quick sale and I shouldn't have done it. In short, "You get what you pay for", low cost, low quality. Used for over 2 months with my MacBook 12 2016 and iPad Pro 12.9.Pro 2018: Works right out of the box Doesn't overheat Cons: PD ports stop working when USB charge is low HDMI flickers and turns on and off, when connected to TV Overall not worth it, not sure where so many good reviews come from.

No transfer of cargo to connect to the carriage

Buen produkto in general, no embargo for the connection with the iPad and the connection with the carrier who uses the USB-C device without transferring the cargo connected to the iPad is lo que no lo puedo usar y al mismo tiempo cargar

Advantages: External memory: many memory locations. I use them to transfer files from a flash drive between my S8 and my computer. Advertisement: Great HDMI adapter for my phone. I connected it to my monitor, the picture was flawless (great details and low latency).
