The proof is in the journey. fits transmission oils

I have a 2009 Chevy Equinox with a leaking transmission line. I bought a replacement ruler from Revain as well as Idemitsu Atf. The price was great for all items purchased. All required 4 liters replaced. I am reviewing this product now after 8000 miles. The transmission runs fine on a car with 156,000 miles. Then I bought another 2 liters to put on the shelf.

    Pros
    • Great design
    Cons
    • Only available in black

    Non Diet Pepsi Cherry Ad

Recently bought this AT Fluid for my Lexus RX330 as a gearbox replacement. Cheaper than buying a Toyota ATF and you may have some left over (depending on the size of your pan). I used 2 liter bottles to collect the old oil and adjust the Idemitsu ATF. I contacted Idemitsu to find out what kind of blend this oil was and got a quick reply from the product manager telling me it was synthetic.

    • High marks for support and durability from testers

    Very good transmission fluid

I bought this transmission fluid as an OEM replacement for my wife's 2005 Lexus RX330. I've been buying gear oil from a Toyota dealer for years and I'm tired of paying big bucks for it. Decided to try this brand. This is a great brand. With this oil, the box shifts smoothly and without delay. Toyota will tell you to only use genuine Toyota oil, but who do you think makes the oil? It's not Toyota. In the future I will use this brand for all my cars.

Used in the Volvo S40 in oils and fluids

My Volvo S40 07 turbocharged and 90,000 miles required this Toyota Type IV gear oil. According to several sources, it's the same type as Volvo gear oil but much cheaper, so I'm giving it a try. I just found out about Idemitsu, tried their products and still love them. Just drained the liquid and refilled (4 liters) so let's see if everything is ok! Update: After a few hundred miles I feel sharper shifting with less stuttering and feel less hesitation in shifting. Overall it seems to be working…

For my Aisin AW55-50 in the Volvo S40.

Since I can't stand the gear lube nonsense for life, I feel better if I flush the gear lube every 30,000 miles or so. I bought my 93k mile used car and have noticed very little slip when the torque converter is locked. After I flushed the gear oil, it was gone. This is the second flush but I also drained/refilled maybe 15,000 miles ago. I bought 2 5 liter jugs of oil in addition to the 4 liters I had from my regular parts supplier (who no longer sells this). It was the perfect amount to see…

Quality oil - oils and fluids

Unscrew the cap and fill in Toyota Corolla 2006: Simply unscrew the cap and fill in fresh oil. The oil and filter were changed at the dealer for 90,000 after the second owner bought the car from a private individual. Probably changed for the first time. This car was 300 miles away and being used by a college student. I decided to just drain 3 liters of oil by opening the sump plug at 124,700 km. One of the worst gear oils I have ever seen. You will likely need to do another change at or before…

Identical to factory ATF / Power Steering

TLDR: 1) Identical to factory fluid 2) Also great for power steering 3) Use this cheaper fluid with upgraded radiators and magnetic filters instead of buying the most expensive fluids. Use this older/thicker "T-IV/Type-4" formula (instead of the newer "WS/World Standard" formula which is thinner and more expensive) along with external auxiliary coolers, steel braided radiator lines and Magna - Thin Magnetic Filter ( metal housing) for my power steering and my automatic transmission.
