This kit does not include the 2 rubber diaphragms needed for a proper repair of the pump. Without them the kit is useless. Don't waste money.

Mercury 75 stalls under load. Found that there was a small hole in the membrane. Replaced it and this kit got me back on the water. Highly recommended!

Good Ignored everyone's opinion and ordered a kit. The plastic rivets in the kit will never work. It is impossible. Very cheaply made. That will most likely cost me. i have a feeling I will not buy any other mercury again.

I ended up buying the original kit. It was complete crap. Diaphragms were cheap. Check valves were a complete joke. I thought I could use at least a fuel filter. After 2 weeks, gas is pouring out of my engine because the fuel filter was leaking along the weld. GARBAGE!

I have just received this gasket kit and one gasket was bent and when I unpacked it it broke so I had to use the old gasket that I had removed. Also, this kit does not include diaphragm rubber seals which I can see if I can buy locally. I have OE185272 (2 cylinder Mercury Tracker, 40hp engine). I am missing 2 diaphragms and 1 gasket for this engine. The packaging states that this kit is suitable for a 90hp 3 cylinder engine.

Don't buy this. It worked for about 5 minutes and it was great. Then he stopped working a mile upriver. The rubber membranes stretched and wore out almost immediately. The springs were also the wrong size. Whoever did that didn't know what they were doing and didn't care that people's boats actually worked. I should have trusted the terrible reviews before buying it but thought I'd give it a try. Don't buy this! Spend the extra cash on parts that actually work.

Absolute nonsense. After using this kit, the pump started to work worse. In fact, it left me stranded at sea. I ordered two but am glad I only spent time with one motor at first so I could still take a good one home. But it never got very far until the problem was discovered. Engine could not be started from idle. The springs are thinner and weaker than the original springs and do not fit into the body. The rubber material of the membrane stretches worse than the Magic Sleeve in less than 20…

Check valve retaining pins are 1 piece of plastic instead of 2 that will never work in a million years. All I needed was to start the boat so I used old pins and a rebuilt pump which worked great for 3 days then I went out to start the boat and it wouldn't start. During the inspection I smelled strongly of fuel, the fuel filter burst while driving. Docked and doused the engine with gas when I tried to start it. Took the pump apart because now I am skeptical and almost blew myself up over these…
