No square is good for carpenter's square

Smaller square is good so no problem. The big square wasn't a square at all! I contacted support and they said they would send me a new one. Great, problem solved. NOT CORRECT! I've been waiting for a month but there is no replacement. They speak well about the support of their products, but they are not. Keep in mind. Just buy a better quality square and spend your money once because it won't.
