🔑 Ignition Lock Cylinder 5083915AB 5003843AB- Genuine Replacement for Chrysler Dodge Plymouth Review

Through trial and error, I found that this ignition cylinder is not worth the time or money. My automotive repair shop attempted to install it, but it failed immediately. The one positive aspect was the customer service was quick and refunded me in a timely manner. However, the inconvenience and extra costs to replace it with a better quality product were not worth it.

For the price this is a steal compared to dealer OEM parts. A very easy key cut looks like it only has 3 goals towards the end. OEM lock/key use 6 gates. Those buying it to replace a stuck ignition when the key won't turn should search YouTube. While waiting for this part I found some videos showing how easy it is to repair the original ignition switch. It is better to have one key for the doors/tailgate and a second one for the ignition.
