Speakers are very much worth the price I love that the cables aren't hanging all over the place and I can get these speakers out of the way and even use them with my iPhone , remember that resetting your Wi-Fi system causes other things on your Wi-Fi that affect the sound quality.

Works well, this device is quite far from my Wi-Fi router and I haven't had any connection problems. The sound is average at best, lacking Lowes and really heavy on drugs and ice cream. It doesn't really fill the room with sound, but it definitely sounds better than the speaker on the cell phone.

I have two of these, both bought in June. At the beginning of October, the power supply of the first block was switched off. When I called the company the PSU was out of warranty and they are charging $21 for a replacement (you can buy them online for $5-$10). I'm very happy with the sound quality and build of the main unit, but expect support from the company. If something breaks in the first year, it should be covered under warranty!

Since iHome works well with Apple products, I had high hopes for it. Connecting to my wireless router was easy enough, but the signal often dropped even when the speaker was fairly close to the router. For this reason I consider it defective and am sending it back. After reading all the other reviews of this speaker I figured Apple must have fixed the problem so I bought it. And guess what? It cuts off. It's great for what I use it for, sleeping and playing a repeating storm track in my bedroom. However, it's not the deactivation issue that annoys me the most; It's the fact that just before bed it loses connection completely so I have to reconnect to wifi or ignore it and try to sleep. I've been watching Air Play speakers for a while. But the price was too high for each speaker. I saw it on sale recently and picked up two of these. If I gave $170-$200 for each one I would be very disappointed right now. It feels like a $20-$40 computer speaker with AirPlay specs. You have a noticeable bass feeling, you can adjust the treble and bass through their app. They were pretty easy to set up, I used my iPhone and cable. However, I had to restart a speaker to see the wireless networks.
