Awesome USB Fan. It has a separate on/off switch on the back of the device. I can feel the breeze five feet away. I've used it to shake up the air around me and keep my PC cooler. Fan works as intended, cools, does the job. However, the plastic frame is so light that you can point the fan straight ahead or down at any angle. It must always point upwards, otherwise it will vibrate and move across the entire surface of the table. Tilting it up seems to keep it in place, but tilting the blades forward or down creates so much wind force that it actually lifts the frame enough to cause vibration.
