I think my son got it for Christmas. He loves it and here we are almost 6 months later and he uses it 24/7 and it's still holding up. Would buy again. However, it retains fingerprints very easily.

perfect size, easy to turn on and off for very young children, changing colors and different colors to suit sleeping habits (red is darker, recommended for actual sleeping time)

With batteries in the unit, the headlights strobe in one color and do not cycle as advertised. I can't turn it off, there is no response to pressing the power button. They sent a replacement and the same problem. Poor/zero quality control.

Don't worry, pull off the cover! I was very disappointed when I received it until realizing that it had an opaque finish. When I removed those, it worked great. The only reason it got 4 stars and not 5 stars is that it didn't come with a power adapter to plug into an outlet, I had to provide one.

Prompt delivery, actually arrived a day before the delivery date. The light works perfectly. I put the batteries in, pressed the power button, twisted all the modes, everything works fine. I assume the batteries are just for backup. USB cable for permanent power supply. I'm sure my grandson will love it when he gets it. Looks so good, I'm looking for my "man cave"!

My son loved this gift. He uses it every night. However, the touch switch doesn't seem as sensitive now and we struggle to turn it on in the evenings. We touch the indicated spot, but it usually doesn't turn on, so what we have to do is touch different spots in the base, hoping that one of them works. I'm guessing we could have about a week before it doesn't work at all. Kind of sad because he loves so much.

It's so cool! I'm a huge fan of Pokemon and they completely master that LED lighting right down to the Charizard graphics. I like the vintage look. The only downsides I found was that you have to provide an adapter to plug it into the wall, the cord is quite short and doesn't seem designed for a base. I really recommend plugging it into a desk lamp with USB ports if you have one. Also, Charizard doesn't sit firmly on the base. I think if I hit my table hard enough it would fall off the base…
