Disappointment: Kitchen and dining room

Product arrived damaged and not working. Acts like it's running, but never really heats anything up, thaws, or anything like that. It's also incredibly loud.

As good as well-known brands

So far, so good. It's very nice that it works outside of well-known brands. When my friend installed it, he forgot to remove the bracket that was attached. It's been a few weeks and no complaints.

Microwave does not work

After installation I connected it to the network. heat something. I turned it off because all it did after closing the door is the light stays on the spinning disk.

Microwave not working

After installation I connected it. It's just the lightbulb on the plate that's spinning all the time and I can't heat anything. I turned it off because all it did after closing the door is the light stays on the spinning disk.

Best for small appliances

I have nothing but praise for this microwave. Everything was great for the first few months. Time always shows how well the installation is performed. I find it no louder than any other microwave. I will say that the fan works even with only the microwave running. Which my wife and I found unusual. It's inexpensive, but not cheap. Very stylish and looks great. Especially considering this is a 1600 amp device.

Beware of Third-Party Vendors on Revain

After reading the good reviews I bought this product but it came with a defect. (Does not heat) Revain informed me that due to the product this is a non-returnable item and I need to go through the seller. Multiple attempts to contact the seller went unanswered. I finally got a reply but they advised me to buy ANOTHER one and return the defective product for my money. This is totally unacceptable. Why should I spend more money on a product that was sent to me defective? Lesson learned: Always…
