Definitely one of the better nets that I have tried.

First of all Spornia has great customer service. Owner is VERY quick to answer any questions you have and is dedicated to make sure you're happy with the product.I've tried a couple different nets and so far first impression is that the Spornia net is pretty good and ticks off a couple important boxes.1. One of my biggest concerns when using my other nets is whether the next shot is gonna rip through the net. I've put a ball right through a high impact golf net (also bought on amazon). Luckily…

Pros
  • Sports
Cons
  • The automatic ball return may be too loud and disruptive for some users

Great net with just a few quirks

I had been hitting into an old Big Mouth net for the last fourteen years or so, carefully tending it and taking it down every time so it never got rained on. Still, the webbing on the net started to fail, so time for a new net. After careful research, the Spornia SPG-7 seemed like a great choice, and I did opt for the roof option. After I put in my order, a couple days later the owner emailed me and told me they had just sold out, and if I would be willing to wait just a few more days for the…

Pros
  • great
Cons
  • The net may not be deep enough to accommodate all golf shots

Awesome hitting net!

My brother-in-law had this net and when I started back into gold and was looking for a hitting net, I researched quite a bit and kept coming back to this one because it's widely viewed as high quality. I was not disappointed.Set up was super easy - was up and hitting gold balls into in less than 5 minutes. Cannot comment on folding/take-down as I haven't had a need to fold it up.Ball return is perfect - the cloth target absorbs impact and drops ball onto bottom that slopes back to you every…

Pros
  • Highly Recommend
Cons
  • The net may not be able to withstand strong winds or inclement weather

Excellent Net For The Money

Likes:1. Quality - Well engineered and well made. I have probably hit several thousand balls into this net in the month I've had it and there are ZERO signs of wear, even to the poly drape cloth.2. Ease of Setup - Insert poles and you are good to go. For storage, I don't fold my net up due to some of the reviews that said this could bend the frame. I merely remove the poles, stand it up on edge and slide it into our spare room and lean it against a wall. Set up and take down take about 2…

Pros
  • I set the net up in my garage. This is the most stable golf net I have used.
Cons
  • The two side barriers may obstruct an optimal swing path for some golfers

Love this net for my opinion

Love this net. It is the 3rd one I have had and the best by far. I leave the net outside and so am concerned about wind, At night I like to leave it outside but lay it flat. This net comes down in 5 second by just pulling out the two side poles and goes up just as easy. It is so stable in the wind, Its lean forward design make it resistant to both the shock of my shots and also wind from any direction. The shot stop sheet is huge, great target, it really protects the back netting and lets you…

Pros
  • Great net. Easy to assemble and fold up. Over my original budget and worth every penny.
Cons
  • The Spornia SPG-7 Golf Practice Net is too expensive for most golfers

You get what you pay for!

This net is fantastic! Super easy to set up. A little more involved to take down but after 2 or 3 times, easy peasy! Much more durable and versatile that 99% of the nets out there. Love the ball return feature and the hood that allows me to take full swings with my most lofted wedges. When I reviewed the few 1 star ratings, it's like they are talking about a different net. I've not experienced any of these issues. I highly recomment Spornia!

Pros
  • Excellent product. Love it.
Cons
  • The automatic ball return feature may malfunction and cause frustration

Very good but a couple of flaws

Net goes up easy once you get the hang of it and it is pretty sturdy in my garage, no need to weigh it down or anything. Mine seems to lean a little bit to the right for some reason, I think one of my the internal rods is bent or cracked slightly, but I just put something against it and it props it up straight. My only wish is that the extra top protection was a little bit more of a net instead it’s like a backboard and will sometimes send balls flying back at me very fast.

Pros
  • Easy to set up, seems very durable. Highly recommend for anyone setting up an in home simulator.
Cons
  • The net may become damaged easily and require frequent replacement

Great golf net at a great price with many valuable features

This net is an integral part of my golf simulation system which also includes a hitting mat from Costco and a skytrak launch monitor. It's a really nice system that takes only a minute or so to set up. I finally got the hang of how to fold up the net, which initially took several minutes, but now only takes me around 30 seconds to get it folded and back in the bag. The net works extremely well for almost all clubs, with the one exception being a 60deg lob wedge, where my normal trajectory…

Pros
  • Love everything about it,if problem folding look at YouTube video,is easy three step process
Cons
  • The net may not be wide enough to accommodate all swing types

Absolutely superb golf net

I’m using the Spornia SPG-7 with roof golf net outdoors, along with a Dura Pro Golf mat and Eyeliner Golf speed trap 2.0. The Spornia golf net arrived in a 34x34x3 inch box. When opened it virtually sprang open and almost self assembled. Although very sturdy, I anchored it with a few stakes, which were supplied. The net is brilliantly constructed, sturdy and durable. It also looks great. No errant shots have escaped the net and most balls are gently rolled back to my feet. The target sheet…

Pros
  • Product works great. Highly recommend
Cons
  • The net may not provide enough feedback for golfers to improve their game

High quality net, easy to set up and take down!

This is an excellent net that is made very well! It takes about a minute to setup and a minute to break down, very easy! I suggest watching Spornia's video on YouTube that shows the easiest way to fold it back up. I use it with the R-Motion simulator in my backyard and tear it down after each use, very quick and easy! The black backdrop give a nice thump when you hit it in the right place, so you don't even really have to look up to know whether or not you hit a good shot. You don't have to…

Pros
  • Perfect net for my garage simulator.
Cons
  • The net may not be compatible with all golf ball types

Quality but consider this.

As to the product itself it’s a quality item. Well built & extremely easy to set up. Taking it down is just as simple once you’ve mastered it. Both just take seconds. The YouTube videos help as great deal with this. I haven’t used it enough to comment on its longevity but with proper care it appears that it’s gong to hold up. The storage bag is a welcome addition too as I have the whole thing hanging on my garage wall. There is something to keep in mind though. This DOESN’T replace your local…

Pros
  • ‎Standard
Cons
  • The net may not be able to hold up against repeated hitting of the same area

Great Golf Net best in my review

I retired a couple of months ago and decided to work on my golf game. After viewing golf nets for a couple of days I settled on the Spornia. Bottom line this product functions as advertised. The setup and take down processes are super simple. I have hit probably >2000 shots into the net and there is no sign of wear. The ball return is an nice touch and the included chipping net and golf towel are great additions. I would recommend this to anyone.

Pros
  • At this price point you can’t beat it
Cons
  • The target sheet may not provide enough contrast for golfers to see their shots clearly

Nice practice net in my review

Great net durable and easy to set up. Gets a little weird taking down. But after doing it for awhile it's no problem. Great product overall.

Pros
  • Attach included red chipping baskets to practice your short game. Adjust to any desired angle: Top,middle, bottom
Cons
  • The two side barriers may detract from the aesthetics of a golf course or backyard

Portable, easy to set up, and good ball return

Full disclosure: I have been away from golf for effectively 50 years. I am just starting up again: taking lessons and trying other training aids (orange whip for example) to speed my recovery. I received my golf net today, unpacked it, glanced at the setup instructions and started assembling. 5 minutes later I was hitting balls in the backyard. I hit a PW, 8 iron, and 6 iron for 20 minutes or so. It effectively contained every shot. I sky-ed one of the wedge shots and it either hit the roof or…

Pros
  • Automatic Ball Return System (You only need one ball) and Ball Stopper (Stores over 200 balls) | Golf ball gently rolls straight down after impact without bouncing or touching the floors
Cons
  • The net may not provide enough challenge for experienced or skilled golfers

Great net, super easy to setup and take down

This net is really good for hitting into, and the setup/takedown takes less than a minute. This makes it easy to get in a quick session!

Pros
  • Golf
Cons
  • The net may not be suitable for indoor use due to its size and design

Worth the money! - my new review

I ordered the Spornia SPG-7 on 2-16-21 and it arrived the very next day, even though the estimated delivery date was 2-22 to 2-24-21. Under-promise, over-deliver. Nice surprise! Set-up took about 5 minutes, not because it's complicated, rather, because I was unfamiliar with it. After set-up, I found the performance to be fantastic! The target sheet in front of the net completely envelopes the ball and as it unfurls, the ball gently drops down and rolls right back to your feet! I used only one…

Pros
  • ‎84 x 96 x 108 inches
Cons
  • The net may not be able to catch all types of golf shots, such as hook or slice shots

This is a fantastic net and the customer service was top notch. I practice my golf year round, and with the change in weather, I like to add an indoor option. This net fits that bill. It literally sets itself up from the moment it's taken out of the bag. I inserted the poles to hold it upright, moved a few items in my living room, and began striking my 7 iron. Ball returned to my feet and I was able to get in at least 100 swings without so much as bending over. It is a quality piece of…

Pros
  • ‎35 x 35 x 4.5 inches
Cons
  • The net may not be suitable for use with certain golf clubs, such as drivers or wedges

Fantastic! best in my review

Quality as advertised! Easy to assemble and materials are well made. My son put the unit together and now we have any area to swing real golf balls at full swing. Highly recommend.

Pros
  • ‎Roof Attachment (7ft. X 9ft)
Cons
  • The target sheet may not be easily replaceable or customizable

Very Good Net in my review

I have had the next for about one week. It was easy to setup in my basement and I have used it some everyday. I have not had it long enough to rate durability and I have not taken it down but it appears to be well made and I suspect it is not difficult to fold up again. I do not plan on using it outside.I like the way the ball rolls back to the front of the net after you hit it and I appreciate that the net does a good job of dampening the sound of the ball striking the net. It is surprisingly…

Pros
  • Practice full swing, chipping, and putting with all clubs with real golf balls
Cons
  • The net may not be portable or easy to move around

Best Golf Net: my feedback

Love the ease of use, the durability, and the overall product. I’m very glad I spent the extra money and purchased Spornia.

Pros
  • ‎Mesh
Cons
  • The net may be difficult to store or take down in inclement weather
