Weak laser in office electronics

If you plan to use this at 12+ inches, look elsewhere. The laser was ok but not for a warehouse or industrial environment.

Customer service was fantastic

I have a small problem with the product. Contact customer service, they will point me directly to my problem and send a replacement. Five stars for customer service from Inateck.

Acceptable for point of sale (POS) devices

Perfect for what I wanted to use it for. The only thing I was disappointed about is that it doesn't have a way to detect keyboard shortcuts like some scanners do, like the right arrow key or the tab key, but it's also more economical than some others.

Very fast scanner in office electronics

It worked perfectly right out of the box. It feels good in the hand, the scanner is very accurate, it scans almost instantly. Very little delay between scanning and the number displayed. Not too heavy either. Works for months without recharging. Much better than our previous scanner. I can buy another one and replace the old one.

Buffer as a gift! for office electronics

We use for our garden center for inventory, for the POS and to create a label file in the user database. We didn't know it had a buffer/inventory feature and that's an absolute bonus. The scanner works great inside and out. The price is unbelievable. We paid over $300 for the scanners and are very happy with them. Plug and play, no problem. Simple instructions and easy to use.

Item Not Working - Point of Sale Equipment (POS)

I've spent the second day trying to figure out what's wrong with it. If I plug it into a computer I can scan something and it will show up in the computer program I put the cursor in. However, if I scan something when it's not connected to my computer, I can't download that information. According to the instructions, when I'm not at the computer (which it does), the "blue light" on scanning flashes and it saves it until I return to the computer. But I cannot access this information.
