India Clay IC01 Slate Bars Review

This product was a huge disappointment. The bars were difficult to work with and the color was not vibrant. The only positive thing was the packaging. However, the cons outweighed the pros and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Not an original earthy flavor. You should soak them, bake them at 350°C and then let them air out for a few days. After that, they took on an earthy flavor. They are firm and crispy. Some of the pieces were broken, but that's ok, you have to break them to eat. I was happy with everything.

This product comes in an unmarked bag which has me worried as to where it came from and what ingredients it might actually contain. I gave it a try as it is from a trusted seller and found it lacked an earthy/rainy flavor and was quite bitter and unpleasant. I let the kids taste it like chalk and it works great. If you're buying it to satisfy your biggest cravings, there are far better products out there that I prefer. If you are buying it for chalk this is a great product and great price.
