Indoor/Outdoor Rubber Runner Mat: ClimaTex Door Mat Protects Floors Review

Good quality mat/hallway runner for keeping house clean from shoes and dogs. Easy to vacuum or sweep. Comes rolled up so must place weights on the ends for a few days to flatten out. Could be cut to fit. I wish the runner was wider, but is durable and does a good job.

I've purchased this item three times. The first time was for my basement floor. My ageing dog would come in with wet feet or just be running to the door and his hind legs would slip on the bare concrete floor. And then I realized that I needed the protection for me, too. It runs from the bottom of my stairs across the basement all the way to the door and I have a piece in the laundry area as well. I also purchased the runner for my garage floor which is really slippery when shoes are wet. Since

The only thing i liked about this product was the size, they are slippery to walk on and even more of a hazard when wet. Didn’t matter that they were secured to the floor.

This is very thin rubber. I needed this runner for my wood porch so the porch would not be so slick to walk on. This did not work. The ribbed pathway is a joke. Its junk.

I have a metal ramp and my dog has caught his toenails in the diamond cuttings. Tore a nail half off. I needed something for outside to put down so he doesnt keep catching his nails. This had worked perfectly. Stays in place.

This runner mat is not that great. It is made from a hard rubber which is very slick when wet. The only saving grace is the diagonal grips but they actually make the mat hard to clean. I definitely wouldn't recommend this for slip resistance.
