Used it specifically for PS5

I'm new to these things but after doing some research on what I need to add storage to my PS5 I came up with this. I bought and used an internal SSD. with this. It comes with 2 adhesive inserts that can be attached to the top and bottom of the SSD card. Please note that I have read that it is best to remove all stickers from the SSD before applying the glue. Glue applied to the SSD, then inserted into the heatsink and that's it. Easily fits directly into the PS5's memory expansion slot.

Great for PS5 - fans and cooling

Purchased to use as an extra internal hard drive for my PS5. I bought the cooler separately as it is not included in the kit. The heatsink is only $10 and fits easily on the SSD. Installation was easy and straightforward. I installed YouTuberd to make sure I did it right. This was the cheapest 2TB internal SSD I could find before and after Black Friday. The speed is slightly higher than what is already present in the PS5 system. I think it processes at a good speed and gets the job done. I amโ€ฆ

I wouldn't recommend a PS5 compatible heatsink, but it does the job.

So I only got this heatsink because it was the only one available. It's ok it fits PS5 but I would prefer a heatsink with screws, the heatsinks are exposed to a lot of heat which causes the metal to expand. In this case, the heatsink just wraps around the SSD and dangles a bit, even with the thermal pads on. With the extra heat causing the metals to expand and the loose nature of this heatsink, I can't say it's very good. I would recommend a heatsink that uses screws to attach the SSD. The topโ€ฆ
