Great product but I hope we never use it

After hearing about a cousin who uses a fire blanket for his own fat burning and watching some YT videos about the fire blanket we bought one smaller ones for the kitchen. one for each of the machines and the largest for the grates outside (in case the smoker catches fire, etc.). Love the fact that if something goes wrong and we need to use it, the company replaces it for free. Shown the kids how to use it (just pull the straps and cover the fire) and now feel more confident and prepared when…

Not bad just needs improvement

I bought this to put out small fires that might start in my workshop. The blanket appears to be fairly fireproof after holding the lighter to it for about thirty seconds. The fabric is itchy but it's fiberglass so that's to be expected. My only real complaint is that one of the handles came loose halfway down when I first took it out of the bag. I don't think it matters very much as I consider this product to be disposable like a fire extinguisher. I ended up making eyelets in the corners and…

ATTENTION.! The red bag the blanket is supposed to be in is FLAMMABLE!

Red pocket that was supposed to hold the blanket in, (((FLAMMABLE!!))))) Fire? Why can't you make a red bag out of blanket fabric? Given that this product needs to be easily accessible and close by to be useful, it makes sense that it would be close to a source of fire, so why use a flammable bag that will ignite so quickly! I barely touched it with the flame of the lighter and it ignited violently of its own accord. A really critical design flaw if you ask me. It's not like the red bag is just
