Found a leak BUT customer service is awesome

Update, we contacted the seller through revain. They quickly responded and within a week we had a replacement. Jen who responded was quick to answer questions and get the replacement shipped. We inflated it this evening and put it in the lake. We are in love with this floating dock. It’s perfect for lake living, sturdy and a great place to relax without worrying about the nibbling fish. Like others mention it is a bit slippery when wet but the construction is great. Looking forward to many…

Excellent Quality: my feedback

My granddaughters had so much fun swimming to this floating dock, climbing on, and playing with friends. I am so impressed with the quality of this item and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Stable but heavy best in my review

Used once on an outing on the lake. The manual pumps would take a loonnngg time to blow it up. I'm going to have an electrical air pump on the boat to make transport and set up much easier. The open area with the net was quite popular, I hope the net lasts. This oasis pad was very popular due to the stability. Watch out, the plastic is quite slippery when wet (adding to much comedy as people tried to dance :-))

The 10X8 is huge. for my opinion

This thing is huge. Fits 5 adults perfectly and it is great. We just add an anchor to the floating dock and enjoyed it. Looks pretty solid, stable, and good construction so far.

Pros
  • This is the best thing, we hung out all of Labor Day weekend in it.
Cons
  • Limited weight capacity, making it unsuitable for heavy equipment or larger groups

Perfect for hanging at the lake

Awesome for hot days at the lake when you want to hang out in the sun but do not want to overheat in 5 seconds. Much sturdier than expected.
