I like that it is easy enough you can have multiple users with different roles in one account without having them all be super tech savvy or computer literate! I like the ease of use. It is very easy to set up and set rules. It is also a very handy and secure Web Browser. There is no ability to set up a custom link. There are a few other small issues, but it's nothing major. I work with sensitive documents that I don't want shared with the world. I can easily set up rules to protect my sensitive documents.
