I really like this product and will buy it again when needed. I have red hair and it tends to get frizzy with other shampoos and when I use oils and products other than Chi I get breakouts around my hairline and on my forehead. I wasn't looking for this brand but I prefer higher quality shampoo and conditioner. I bought it with a 40% discount and I was satisfied. I had to buy universal pumps as they are not included. My hair is very thick and the conditioner detangles and moisturizes well. The shampoo also gives a nicer lather.

I have curly, frizzy hair. Nothing on the market has made it as healthy or soft as this one. It makes my hair shiny and combable. I usually use a hot iron to get my waves and this duo works wonders too. The scent is so pure, it's like nothing else. My concentrators always close after I wash them. This has never happened before. Buy it. You will love it.

This is my favorite Chi shampoo and conditioner. I have fine, naturally curly hair. I liked the shampoo but the balm is just a bomb! My hair is tangle free, soft, shiny and easy to comb. The aroma is amazing! Very clean scent. I get compliments all the time.

When I first used this product it worked well but after a few shampoos later it really started to dry out my hair. I have thick, semi-wavy hair and I find it difficult to find shampoos and conditioners that manage my hair and leave it soft and shiny. The only thing that didn't disappoint was the Mix Chix products, which I'll be coming back to. but I thought I would give Chi a try since he has such high ratings.

I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for over 5 years. It makes my hair softer and more manageable than the Redken or Paul Mitchell I've used. Add Chi Silk Infusion before hot styling and my hair will be almost the same as it was in the salon. And the scent is my favorite as I don't like floral/fruity scents and my husband LOVES it!
