Received yesterday and calibrated all 4 probes in boiling water. Only minor adjustments were needed, which was reassuring. I started smoking this morning and decided to use my old single probe thermometer along with this one for comparison. There was a temperature difference of 20+ degrees! I went to check my calibration settings and they were all set to an offset of 20 degrees. This device has really helped me up my game on my smoker. I often smoke 4 things in one onwe and having 4 tubes helps a lot. The fact that I can check the temperature and not get up until it's time to rehydrate or wrap gives me the ability to work and cook at the same time: PROS: Okay, surprisingly it was very accurate. I tried the app on three different phones with Android 10 and 11. The app opens long enough to connect to the thermometer and then crashes. After that, you won't be able to open the app unless you clear the data and start over, which puts you back in the same loop. The thermometer itself looks good. I'm just starting to play smoked meat and my good friend swears by Inkbird. I couldn't be happier with my decision to get one myself. The IBBQ-4BW is a great addition to my arsenal.
