Handled it very carefully, cleaned the base and support surface several times, loaded it into the printer several times and received error messages each time. I will return them as soon as I can get other cartridges. The ink flows like a sieve. waste of money and time.

When I put these cartridges in my printer, they didn't work. When I opened the package my hands were covered in ink. Once in my printer it stopped printing and kept saying the cartridges were damaged and needed to be replaced. I can't believe I spent so much money on ink I can't even use. Don't waste your money either.

After reading the reviews I decided to buy this replacement ink cartridge - so glad I did. Will definitely buy again. I inserted them and no setup was required, they printed right away. To be honest, you can't say it's not an H/P brand. Great find!

I used to use remanufactured cartridges. It was not good. The first color seems ok these days but I've hardly used it. The black cartridge leaked ink when I took it out of the box. Not only did I get my fingers dirty with ink, but it didn't work at all when I put it in the printer. So I got one cartridge for the price of two. Doesn't save much money.

I read so many reviews that HP printers had no trouble detecting and using full carts. But I? nope To your credit, my printer read and recognized the color but failed to register black. Both cartridges (black and colour) were recognized by the printer as expected and we expected the XL yield to be close to the advertised 480 pages. When the black cartridge was reported empty, the color cartridge was about half full; We printed 182 pages of standard office documents (some company logos, mostly typical calibration text).
