I buy my cartridges in advance and when my current cartridge ran out and I replaced it with a new one, my computer didn't accept it. I tried all the instructions that came with the cartridge but it still didn't work. I wrote a negative review but the company contacted me and said they would refund me for the defective product. The customer service response is commendable. And I will buy again.

I bought this toner because I was about to get a toner low message. Then my printer started to act. smudge page. When I switched to this tonic all my problems went away. I think this cartridge has better heads or something. I'm glad I had these. Buying toner is much more convenient than buying a new printer.

I purchased this ink cartridge and had trouble running out very quickly after printing about 2 dozen shipping labels. The cartridge was not completely filled. Revane changed it to another. I figured there might be bugs in the production, so I'm trying again. Huge mistake. The same thing happened. This item must be dropped by Revain. I will never buy Revain mascara again.

I put the cartridge in as usual, removed the protective film, gave it a little shake and put it in the printer. I've tried 3 times to print the same two papers and although part of the page printed, the entire page didn't print with enough ink making the page look faded. Could never get it to work properly. Wouldn't buy it again.

I was hoping to find a good replacement because I hate paying HP for their crappy overpriced ink cartridges (they don't last long). Unfortunately, this product only lasted 30 printed pages, then the ink started smearing all over the pages. You might get lucky, but do you really want to spend $20 to find out? I hope that one day someone will make a replacement cartridge for HP cartridges, but this is not the right one.

Unboxed and tried to use for the first time. The printer display said the cartridge was NOT GOOD. Uninstalled and reset several times, same problem. Yes, I removed the contact label. So much for having a reserve with you. waste of money. I think that's why it's 1/2 the HP price.
