I tried the V3 f-lite 235 and had to return them as they were too narrow despite being at the top of the Inov-8 width scale of 5. These f-lite 245s are wider despite being a 4 width. The only way to keep up your workout is to feel good while you exercise. The foot pad is great. Sizing is made for a thicker foot although the measurements are not 3x width as it fits like an x-width boot.
