Noisy computers and accessories

As other reviewers have complained and what I should have taken into account, these fans are noisy. The exchange was easy, they were silent for several weeks, and now they start making noise when both rev up. Unfortunately, I replaced the noisy fans with loud ones.

Started making noise every other day

One day after installation, the fan started making noise. Still spinning, but you can hear the cracking of the bearing throughout the room.

Fits perfectly, No: Graphics card fan

Bought and installed on a Gigabyte GTX 1060 card. Games on shutdown. So basically this fits perfectly, but it looks like it needs to be replaced again due to bearing or bushing damage.
