Good part. Had to find a schematic online to wire it up, it wouldn't have been difficult to turn it on but the solenoid worked for what I needed.

Very good relay for adding more than one battery to your vehicle. A Chinese branded product from eBay was used and caught fire. This is designed for 500 A plus

When it worked it was great! Stops working after a week! I used this to turn off the inverter, now I had to reposition the car so I could turn the inverter on and off manually. It was a disappointment.

This thing worked fine for about 0 seconds. Do yourself a favor, get a power system with all kinds of batteries (I have 4 XS950 amps, two in the trunk, two under the hood) and none of these are needed. When selecting the batteries, make sure that the voltage is the same throughout the vehicle!

I installed this to isolate the audio amps in my van and drain the battery if left connected. I hope 500 amps is enough to feed them. That's a lot cheaper than new amps. I've attached a schematic in case anyone gets it without. Unlike some others, this relay/solenoid is not self-grounding and requires both positive (ignition source) and negative (battery or chassis ground) wires.
