Uneven supply is unacceptable.

We enjoyed this meal until it disappeared from the face of the earth. Our cat's health is fragile - in addition to food allergies, she has FIV and environmental allergies, so consistency is extremely important. She loves this food and worked well for us until she disappeared in February. We scoured the internet for over a month and only found cases of dubious sellers on eBay. Totally gone from Amazon, Chewy, PetCo, PetSmart, all online retailers. I have contacted the company twice. Last month I

Avoid salmon. Contains xanthan gum, casis fillers

We buy turkey. Our other tastes just won't eat. One of our brothers and sisters was suddenly diagnosed with IBD, the worst disease in animals and humans. As with a person with IBD (and Crohn's disease) he will have it for the rest of his life so diet + meds keep him alive and functioning throughout the gastrointestinal tract without constant vomiting and drastic weight loss. Almost all other cat foods, even the expensive specialty "pure origin" brands, that we have eaten for most of our livesโ€ฆ

bad party for wet

Again I have to question the quality of their food. I opened a new box from a batch received on October 13, 2020 and of the 12 cans I opened all look like the picture to the right (on the black tray). The image on the left (brown tray) is usually what the contents look like, but there's more to this juice delivery than real food. I contacted them via DM and got the following reply: Hi Nadine, thanks for reaching out! This is common as we don't use rubber bands to tie the ingredients together so

Very Poor Quality Control

There is currently a major shortage of prescription canned pet food so my vet recommended this brand as it is the only source of protein. My cats love the taste and even prefer it to Royal Canin PR but unfortunately the quality control of this product leaves a lot to be desired. The first jar I opened was very watery with the texture of baby puke. The product smelled nice so I drained it and fed the solid part to my cats - they ate well. I also noticed that the food has a lot of small fragments

Expensive but useful

UPDATE: Over 2 years after checking below, my cat's kidney values are still slightly elevated and only indicate early stage kidney disease. Still no cases of litter box or vomiting/diarrhea due to his IBD and still no bone fragments in the food. A few years ago, before switching to restricted ingredient cans instead of this brand's dry canned food, my cat had elevated calcium levels, which the vet suspected meant cancer. He just had a new blood test and his calcium is fine! I still can'tโ€ฆ
