🚿 iDesign York Constant Tension Shower Curtain Rod - Adjustable 26-42", Small Size, Polished White Design Review

Easy to install as it's a pull rod but it doesn't stick! After several adjustments trying to keep the bar taut, the bar no longer collapsed. I ended up using a different rod.

My pretty beach print shower curtain always ends up in the bath. I bought this bar because I liked the stainless steel look but mostly because the white color on the ends matches the lines. I put it on, it fell in about ten minutes. Husband hung up the barbell, it fell in about an hour. We tried again, he fell again. We bought double sided tape and tried again. It lasted a day, then fell off. Again. We've never had so many problems with a shower curtain rod. Never.

A stunning, eye-catching shower rod that stays in place forever. Well, almost, but be sure to follow the installation instructions or you'll lose your footing! This rod looks very nice. I like the white accent on the ends. It was very easy to install. If you just read the instructions, then there's nothing in it. Simply open 1" wider than your opening, twist as instructed on sticker until snug, then squeeze, place and release. Very easy. We hung a nice heavy fabric curtain without hooks with lining. Robust and reliable. My wife and I had no problems installing it. We measured the length of the tub opening and added 2-3 inches to the pipe. They squeezed it, put it in its place and hung the curtain. It's been in use for 1 year and it's still there and hasn't had to be adjusted. All metals rust over time (as some have complained about) but we only rub the bar with a coat of car wax about every 3 months - no rust to date (we don't know if it would have rusted/tarnished had we had not waxed)…

I was renovating my bathroom and bought a new shower curtain rod to replace the old one which was looking tired and a bit rusty. The product has a nice style that matches ceramics with old fashioned chrome fittings. I agree with another reviewer that the plastic wrap and sticker are difficult to remove. Rubber on the legs leaves a gray stain clearly visible on a white surface. The stain rubs off my ceramic tile easily, but not the white plastic accent at the end of the rod, so I have a few gray stains on the white decor.
