They send the correct drill bit with a set and it only takes 20 minutes to repair. The door works great. I used a different replacement screw than the one that came with the kit. as i am very hard on my truck. This pack came with no modifications to 12 Siverados to make it work.

It was a good replacement but the screws are bad. Be sure to buy larger diameter screws. The screws that came with the handle were not fully tightened. I think that's why you use super glue. I have some large screws and it worked great. I have a 2010 Silverado.

everything fits. My only problem are the screws. After using a drill to remove factory plastic rivets, you'll have to use the useless screws they provide. The problem is that the screws don't fit. The $3 Actress at Lowe solved that problem, but it would be nice to have the right ones to start with.

I tried a couple of these kits ordered from another supplier and the first broke, the next lasted less than a year before the rear part where the handle is held broke. On this kit the plastic is thicker and stronger and once I've assembled it the grip is much better and firmer than the others. When drilling plastic welds, be sure to move slowly. So far I can warmly recommend this set to everyone else.

Liked the easy installation. Of course it's better than buying a new Chevy door panel. I was disappointed with the screws provided to install the part. Instead, I substituted three #8 x 1/2" sheet metal screws and three #8 x 1/4" sheet metal screws. I sanded down the tip of the screw a bit to make sure the door glass doesn't break through. Bought to replace a loose grip on my Silverado. The kit had a lot of parts, which was good, but there were no clear instructions. YouTube has videos of people installing it so I would check those out first. Unfortunately some of our houses were drilled too deep and we had to rivet them to the door panel. We installed it for about a couple of days (maybe 10-15 pulls) and the little metal cup holding the end of the pull cord broke. We contacted Revain and they quickly sent us a replacement. Newly

Although this product "looked" like the original, it didn't fit like the original. After dismantling the driver's door panel and removing the broken door handle (the drill wasn't sharp and bit into the plastic), I attempted to install the part. One side of the assembly will fit and align in the holes while the other side will be off-center. When trying to align the opposite side, the first one moved off center. This was the perfect replacement for the notoriously horrible knobs found on the 2010 Silverados. It's easy to install, but my only concern is that the screws that came with it were too short. I ended up taking some good sheet metal screws and using a grinder to cut them to the perfect length. Be careful not to drill too deep when removing the plastic rivets. Use care when installing this kit. Only use the drill bit to slightly remove the heads of the plastic rivets. They can cause serious damage and damage the door making it unusable.
