Great for the price

I bought this paddle set because it was the same size as the paddles that come with the Intex Excursion 5. They have been used 5 times and I can't say anything wrong. about you.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Will not fit all

Super controllability in Oars

Oars has proven to be quite durable. We used it last summer when we went down the river. We use paddles to navigate our tube to avoid rocks, sharp branches, etc. Worked great.

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • There are nuances

Great buy for the price!

We needed something affordable for canoes at the last minute and it worked! They are quite long and surprisingly good for the price. The only downside I can think of is that there is no hook at the top to hold it.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Good for tubing: water sports

They fit my husband perfectly for a few rogue rides this summer. They are lightweight and easy to use. They helped him move through the designated areas and helped him get around and off the rocks. Now he's Tube Master and that's what got him that title. They fold up for storage which is great as we are in our van all the time and don't have enough storage space. Thanks very much!

So here's the thing.

Most paddles are expensive and not of the highest quality. BUT, if you go to your local hardware store and buy a pair of 4ft x 1in oak dowels, you can cut those paddles and insert the dowels. Use screws or glue to hold everything securely. It worked great! For an additional $8 they can last a very long time! Still gets you far below the cost of other oars.

Ideal for tubing, suitable for watersports

Great for the money. I left the center pole unconnected and was able to make the short paddles I needed to float with the inner tube. away and 3 boys who roughly lived with them. I wish they were more of a spoon/curved shape, I've found that I have more work to do with their flat ones than my curved ones.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Upgradeable

Non-original style for boats. Decent but to get the job done

I bought a used boat and it didn't have oars so I bought it online. This is not the original style for boats that need to be split down the middle to keep the oars in place while paddling. They have a rubber ring to keep the paddles from falling out, but it would have been better if they had a black center section. I still use a trolling motor. It's more about the insurance. You can get a job for $15. If you are using main propulsion paddles, try to find original paddles with a black centerโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Not trendy

They may fall apart

Yesterday I took my Intex Tour 5 for the first time with my family on a slow moving headstream. About halfway through our journey, one of the oars broke and drifted away. We could swim over with the other set and grab him, but if I was alone I could lose him and then be stranded. Pillar. When paddling, this pin was pushed by the boat so far that it could slip out. You can definitely use the 2nd pin/hole to prevent this. Or a completely different design, for example, a clamp. Although I'm new to

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Nothing here
