I love the idea and interface, but it is lacking features that should be standard in any invoicing tool.

For example, you cannot create templates and customize them; there are no reports; and no easy way to manage your client accounts. This is a shame because I could see this being the best invoicing software for small businesses. However, if you are looking for a complex accounting solution, then you will be disappointed. I was excited when I found this product as an alternative to my current favorite, QuickBooks Online. Unfortunately, it does not meet all my requirements (and those of most other
