This is a really good product. I have three computers and no problems with them. The only thing they didn't mention in the guide is that when you press the Ctrl, Alt, and Shift keys, you need to make sure that you press them quickly with an interval of about a second. Because when I did it, it was at a slow pace and didn't work. But overall it's a great product for using more than one computer.

Make sure you are pressing the ALT CTRL SHIFT keys quickly and in the correct order. I almost sent it back because I didn't press it fast enough and the switch didn't seem to work. I use it with three computers and it has been working great for two months. The only downside is that pressing hotkeys becomes tedious if I have to switch between computers frequently (every few minutes). It would be much better if it had a manual switch as well. However, it is worth the money.

Doesn't work on 3 PCs out of the box. Called 24/7 tech support, got through quickly and was told to start PC 1 when it boots up, start PC 2 etc. Didn't work. Called tech support, rebooted all 3 machines (you only see one so just turn it off), he said it didn't matter what order the pcs were started in. Tried two different keyboards. My device worked on whichever PC started first and only on it. There is no switching between them.

product works as advertised, ready to use. I have three processors connected to a 4-port KVM switch. I had no trouble connecting the video, mouse, and keyboard ports to the KVM hub (contrary to some reviews here). I haven't had any trouble switching either, IF I UNDERSTAND IT. The manufacturer chose the ALT-CNTRL-SHIFT sequence, but don't hold them all at once. Press ALT and release, then press CNTRL and release, and then press SHIFT.
