⚡ IOTA DLS30 30 Amp Power Converter/Battery Charger: Efficient Charging and Conversion Solution Review

I bought this charger over 2 years ago and it still works great. I use it to charge and service a bank of 2kWh AGM batteries and the bank has never read below 12.9v.

The Iota DLS-30 (12v) and optional IQ AGM module provide a good charge profile for two 6v golf cart batteries in series in my caravan. The DLS-30 also allows me to charge batteries with just a 1000w inverter generator.

I use this charger to charge a GlassMat lead acid battery. This is a power supply with a "plug-in" adapter to replace it with a three-stage lead-acid battery charger. It works as advertised. The 4-star rating was due to the charging function requiring an adapter. The adapter comes with the power supply, so this isn't a huge disadvantage. The power supply was exactly as expected.

I bought this unit in July 2015 for use in an amateur radio salon. It powers several low current DC devices as well as an ICOM-7000 transceiver that requires 20A DC. I used it to power a Blue Sea Systems ST fuse box. To be honest I installed it out of sight at my desk and I never hear the fan or any squeaking from it. Has been working 24/7 for two years with no problems. This gives me a constant DC current with no ripple at 13.4 volts and no RFI.

I bought this from Revain as a used model I think it could be a warranty work or maybe a return it has been professionally done with all Documents repackaged. ,,, it was damn easy to set up. I had some old patch cords lying around. I put the alligator clips on the other end so that I can attach it to the battery pack or another pack fairly easily.
