IPELY Detailing Magic Cleaner Clean Review

I used this to clean the door frame before applying the protective film. The trick is to have the right liquid (I used a very dilute dishwasher liquid) that allows it to move smoothly across the surface. It's very sticky and will pick up anything that gets in its way, even when wet. This is my first experience with this type of product. I wish I had known that earlier. Ideal for eliminating oxidation.

This product is of great value for people who work very hard at car tuning or have their own car wash. My dad and I work part time for people in our area and occasionally for companies and for us Claybar has helped us do this excellent job of polishing and waxing. I love it and will continue to buy stuff for my business that my dad and I have made and I recommend it to anyone who needs it.

Couldn't be better for the price. They're softer and stickier than other clays I've used, so be sure to use lots of clay smear or they'll leave clay streaks on the paint. A lot of the bad reviews seem to come from people unfamiliar with using the clay bar. I use Optimum No Rinse soap as a lube and it works great diluted with water from 2 ounces to 32 ounces, but whatever lube you use, USE A LOT to avoid problems. Having the car in the shade also helps a lot as hot metal is not easy to work with

Purchased to finish painting the car. Make sure you understand how to use clay sticks to detail your paint. I bought a set of Meguir clay sticks and unfortunately I dropped both sticks. This is the perfect solution and it works very well. The Meguir set I bought has two 80g bars. I cut this 100g ipelly bar in half and easily finished the front, rear and one side of the car. I paired this purchase with a bottle of Chemical Guys Clay Luber Spray and even on a freshly washed car that had no rough edges, the clay sticks made the surface of the paint slippery and slick! When I first tried fake clay I never had any problem with a big brand, this material immediately seemed very hard not soft. I started using it, cut the rod in half to test it, after 5 minutes I stopped and put it back in the box it came in and started the return process.1. Overall: Very disappointed with this product. I decided to try something other than Mother's or Maguire's Clay Bar which I have been using for over a decade and this product failed to match on any level. They are very sticky to the point that they stick to the cardboard and contained scraps of paper had to wrap them in parchment paper which is still sticky. I love this tone. It's a little more plastic compared to other 'named' brands. But as a professional detailer (20+ years). It's really decent quality. A little difficult to use in cold weather but when warmed up. That's great. Ideal for removing road dirt (salt, tar and iron deposits).
