Decent Blades / Good Price

Probably not good for contractors/commercial use but for DIYers trying to get by they seem perfectly fine. I just used a metal blade in my new Ryobi to cut down some galvanized fence posts and they worked great.

Pros
  • Heavy Duty
Cons
  • old

Didn't expect this from IRWIN

Used to cut the exhaust pipe, it was very thin Had to use a blade for each cut (3-4 inch pipe!) I'm very disappointed I used a Milwaukkee blade that fitted my saw for several months with no problems, they didn't even last 1 minute.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Lots of things

Thick metal blades. boom town!

I am a big fan of Irwin products. Price and quality were not disclosed. I bought this pack about a month ago to fill my saw case. A leaf spring on my mower trailer broke last night and I had to cut off some frozen bolts. Chewed them up and spat them out. I am impressed. but I haven't used the others yet.

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Not bad

Great price for some very good blades

Great price for some very good blades. I have a feeling that Irwin are some of the best blades available, far superior to the brands found at other import stores. They snap tightly into your tool, the teeth hold up to heavy loads and they don't bend as easily as others I've used, even the long teeth are pretty strong. Good buy here, don't hesitate to get more when the time comes.

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Nothing

Wooden blades work very well. Excellent value for money

I have only used wooden blades before but am very happy with their overall durability. I've used a blade to chop down about 6 small trees in my yard and had no problems. I was concerned when the blue paint peeled off when cutting, but I think that should happen. I would be careful if you use them for an interior project as the blue color will remain on the wood they cut.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Interchangeable

Best blade quality in blades

High quality blades. I bought a new DeWalt saber saw to replace an old Craftsman saw. I thought all blades were universal, but many of the blades I've had don't work with the tool-less blade reset. The saw will not grab the blades and they will just pop out. That's probably not a problem for most, because I bet most of them have long used up their old blades. I thought something was wrong with the saw until I found a pair that worked. I noticed that the hole is not the same for everyone; Some…

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Long delivery time
