Excellent customer service

I had a problem with a constant reverse osmosis drain. After some research I read that ASO may need to be replaced. Since I've only used iSpring replacement filters and parts for the last few years, I decided to buy ASO from iSpring as well. As expected, I am very happy with the result. My reverse osmosis system is fixed and iSpring provides great customer service. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Kitchen and bathroom faucets
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Very good product and company

I had a nasty leak on my reverse osmosis system due to my ASV failing. iSpring AAS2 was just the ticket! The installation was a bit tricky because I didn't know how "Quick Connect" works. I found a video online showing how it works and it was so easy. Once hooked up you need to open the inlet and accumulator valves VERY slowly to allow the diaphragms to seat. Back in business immediately!

Pros
  • water filter and softener
Cons
  • boring packaging

This ended my endless drain problem with my iSpring reverse osmosis system that I got in 2013. Topping up your pressure tank can ease the draining issue a bit. Check if it is an ASO valve or a check valve by closing the reservoir valve but leaving the inlet valve open (which comes from your house plumbing). If it continues to drain, the ASO valve may be defective. If you do the opposite (turn on the tank valve, turn off the water supply) and it stops flowing, then it's most likely the ASO…

  • Tools & Household Products
Cons
  • Skimpy Instructions
