Item received today in a box containing only (1) Airplus sleeve. The product leaked into the box, the product had no SEAL, even the lid was not screwed tight. Concerned that this is NOT a factory sealed product. I'm afraid to use it on my hair. I want my money back. May 10, 2018

BUYER BEWARE! It is a fake. Not a real product. As previously mentioned, this product is not sealed which is a red flag. The plastic protector is soaked to the bottom and you can clearly see that someone scooped it out and filled it with something else. Please give my money back.
