Great product. Not sure about negative feedback. We were always able to get the dowels fully into the drywall and flush with the surface, even if they accidentally hit the stud. Very sure. The only downside is that the anchors make big holes, so make sure you're in the right place.

These are the best drywall anchors. I've tried all the other types and they always left HUGE holes in the wall, but I didn't really feel safe. This is my new favourite, I originally bought them from Homedepot but they are pretty hard to find there so I just buy them here now. Seriously strong!
