Ideal for hanging curtain rods and small pots.

Ideal for hanging 1" curtain rods on a wall without rivets. I pre-drilled the holes and then manually installed them with a Phillips head to avoid over-tightening. Very reliable. Ms. I also hung about 10 pounds of hanging plants on the pole. I'm not worried about the bar staying in place. Very glad I used these anchors instead of other drywall anchors.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons

Works when installed correctly

Most of the complaints I've read are about improper installation. For drywall, you can drill a small hole, but it is not necessary. Using a simple screwdriver, level it securely against the anchor and either push in to insert the tip, or squeeze the screwdriver handle with your open hand to penetrate the drywall and then unscrew FROM HAND until it is flush with the anchor. Wall. Never use a drill or screwdriver to insert an anchor or screw.

  • Confident

Best Wall Anchor

This is the same one sold at local hardware stores. This is the only type of wall anchor I buy now. All the others don't offer the kind of ease of installation and holding power. Whenever I try to cheat with one of these other types of wall anchors, something goes wrong and they don't hold properly. This type of anchor is 100% effective: simply screw in and then screw in the screw. It is reliable, never breaks, and can be removed without tearing the drywall.

Easy to install and supports my TV

I have two 46 inch TVs that I want to wall mount. A lot of websites advise against using this type of drywall screws for things like this, but I've already had someone install my 65" TV with lag screws and after 4 years it's still holding up. To test this, I hung a wall mount using 4 of these screws and tied 60 pounds of weight to it for a couple of hours. After that I pressed firmly on the wall mount and can say that four screws could easily hold just over 100 pounds. Considering my TV weighed

Wonderful! Need them for floating shelves

savior! We bought floating shelves from Home Depot. Although the shelves came with the equipment, it was very cheap and unreliable. The dowels and screws couldn't even support the weight of the shelves, let alone what was on them. They moved and slid down. So I bought them based on the reviews and WOW! Oh so glad I did! They're a lot more reliable than the gear we had. With these dowels and screws, the shelves won't wobble or fall! 10/10 I would buy again!

Pros
  • Drywall anchor
Cons
  • Not as thick as other lockpicks

Cheap piece of junk

Let me start by saying I've used heavy drywall anchors many times so this isn't a new concept to me and I haven't had any issues with it in the past. They are only made so cheaply that they were removed when I drilled them! The plastic is very soft and I had trouble just screwing them into the wall before they broke, even using a drill to drill a hole in that spot as a starting point. I will definitely NOT be using this brand again.

Pros
  • Anchor
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

Definitely not EZ for use on 1/2 inch thick drywall.

I used this to install things in my garage wall. It's so difficult to operate that I've spent more time with it than with a tumbler. Unless you use a drill, screwing is an extremely tedious manual process. Each turn only enters the drywall slightly by 1/2. I had to take a break with every screw. When using a drill, you must be extremely careful. If you drive even a little bit fast, you can break it. If it goes too fast, it will just melt the plastic. you gotta do it right In general, I bought…
