The product can be used, but the description is WRONG.

Item usable but WRONG description, WRONG picture. 39202 is not a 1/4" hex, just a regular round shape, just like the others. Since I need it urgently, I have no choice but to use it. The quality of the brush is acceptable, but if you need HEX then this isn't for you.

Pros
  • Round brushes
Cons
  • Socket required

Ideal for deburring

I repaired an old band saw (no lead paint) and used it on my drill press to deburr some of the finer details and hard to reach places where a deburring wheel wouldn't work. It was great, the 60 grit works fast without damaging the underlying surface and holds up to abuse fairly well. I highly recommend this type of work (just wear a mask, dust goes everywhere).

Excellent product, wrong description

0 stars for bad description/wrong product + 5 stars for the product itself = 3 stars overall. The one I received wasn't a 1/4 in round shank. It was a 1/4 inch hex (for a drill bit). I needed this to work on an air grinder and it didn't quite fit. I just sanded the stem to match and it worked great. I used this to prep the body of a spray truck and it worked better than anything else. Still in good condition after making the whole bed.

Pros
  • Sanding and finishing materials
Cons
  • Crumpled
