Easy program which provides helpful functionality

I like that it is easy to use, that is has all of the important features for AML compliance. It helps me stay organized with so many different files. I think that it could be more intuitive, but it's not too hard to figure out once you're familiar with how it works. It doesn't have as many bells and whistles as other similar programs, but what it does provide is well worth using. We are able to keep track of all of our accounts, including those with multiple banks. It gives us an overview of…

  • Makes keeping up w/ bank info simple & efficient!

Very good solution - great customer service

This software is simple to use, easy for onboarding new users with it's intuitive interface which allows any person of average skill level in using this product without having technical knowledge or previous experience with ATS products. The reporting system could be improved as well by adding more customization options (ease of creating custom fields). At least one full time employee should handle all support issues related to third-party vendors that provide data feeds into our platform. We

A cost effective and ease user tool

When I started with my previous employer, they were using another third party software for their compliance needs which was very expensive compared to other available solutions like this one! This is an easy-to use solution that can be used by any size organization regardless of its internal expertise in data security or risk management requirements (no specific knowledge required). Nothing so far as we have implemented it yet but i believe our users are satisfied since no issues at all…
