Simply can't recommend highly enough

The team at jade wolf has been an absolute pleasure to work with over our three year relationship together! From their initial consultation through launch of campaigns we have come away very impressed by every aspect from professionalism right down tot he fun side (a bit) which keeps us smiling when working alongside them each week :) Their attention towards detail never fails but they are always up front about anything you need clarification or reassurance around what's best/right option wise…

Pros
  • Everything is managed seamlessly for me via email, phone call & in person meetings / appointments where required..all questions answered promptly without fail!!! Always happy approachable people behind customer facing staff..also quick updates sent out if there were any issues during campaign run period...excellent feedback loop system between marketing managers + client base ensuring everyone knows whats going well vs not quite enough : ) A big shout goes here also for having no problem managing accounts remotely should i

Great service with very good customer service

I like that they are able to listen very well when it comes time do get results or not! They have been extremely transparent as far as pricing goes.. which has made us feel comfortable with their service so we can see how much value there truly will be from them working hard towards our goals/projections set forth by ourselves within this process - all while being realistic about what's actually possible at first glance without investing heavily into some of those things (we're talking 3 months

Fantastic agency which is easy going, fun & effective

The team at jade wolf has been great to work with; they are very knowledgeable about what it takes to grow an account from scratch and how to get results quickly. They also have excellent follow up after you've left them alone! I haven't found anything that i don't like so far. Great people to deal with - super friendly and helpful.
