I have used it 2 times on my 16lb cat. It's not bad at all! The straps are nice to me and it comes out without feeling hot. So far only the neighbor we ran with had it but he is doing great for the first time in the world. He can lie down and stand up. He got the chubby cat's approval! Also comes with a water bowl, so pretty!

. The problem I've had with other bags in the past is that they weren't comfortable to carry my pup in. This bag is everything, I feed Javi in the morning after training and then he automatically jumps into the bag. I travel a lot for work and live in Los Angeles, so I'm rarely at home. It's the perfect bag for my busy lifestyle and now I don't have to worry about finding a babysitter.

It smelled like plastic at first, so we aired it out before showing the furball. Junipur doesn't like the traditional rectangular box, but with a little catnip she volunteered for this carrier! It was like a box for her and this girl loves a good cardboard box. It was very easy, comfortable and cute to wear in it. I love how it comes with a collapsible water bowl. It wasn't much to us, but if it means anything, we're now the envy of our cat-loving friends and family.

This carrier is very well built and sturdy, I was honestly surprised at its quality. To be honest, I wished that a normal backpack was so well made. My cats are both quite large and one is stout, but both managed to fit together without WW3. When worn as a backpack with the two fat boys it was very comfortable except the bottom part kind of pressed against my lower upper sacrum. Little kitty loved it the first time - after we brought him home we left the side of the backpack open and she still goes there. We just took her to the vet with this and after the initial meowing in the car she calmed down as soon as she saw us, comfy bottom, plenty of room for her and her toys. That's incredible. I bought this for my new Maine Coon kitten that I will be picking up in 4 weeks. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but my daughter has a very similar one. Great bag. I did a lot of research before buying. My cat feels very comfortable and was able to recover on the 20+ hour drive. The complimentary bowl was very helpful. I bought this pouch size because it is 4 inches wider than the average cat backpack and other reviews said it was very durable. My cat can be stubborn and determined so she DEFINITELY tried to scratch the screen, windows and vents when she first got home. He couldn't even scratch the material!
