Rated in the Great Mug Challenge

some good mugs for camping. I bought these and several others in addition to all of them in a camping box and created the Great Mug Challenge by testing my wife and girls on 12 different mugs. They rated the ability to hold, the likelihood of spills, the feel and ease of drinking, the ease of use and temperature retention when holding hot beverages, etc. Overall, this mug wasn't bad. Yes, less than stated, but that's ok.

It's less than the advertised 12 oz but it's fine for my purposes. I just wanted a plastic coffee mug to hold my standard 8 ounce Java and it fits perfectly. It actually holds 10 ounces to the brim and comfortably 8 ounces. In the attached photo it is shown with 8 ounces of coffee and exactly 8 ounces of water in the ceramic coffee mug it is replacing. The Japanese lettering on the bottom doesn't help me identify the material, but it appears to be America's #5 recyclable polypropylene. I've…

We bought a pair of these microwavable cups for my mum who is struggling with Parkinson's and she just loves them. With only so much weight to carry in her hand, this small and light mug gives her the freedom to enjoy her coffee every day without fear of the mug slipping, falling and/or breaking.
