We ordered this bento box for our daughter's school lunch and initially liked the items. Very cute and easy to use. Unfortunately it didn't snap into place for the first 2 weeks so we had to use a rubber band to hold it together and then pretty soon after the latch just broke. Great idea, but unfortunately poor quality. I am contacting the retailer to see if they can help and will update the information as soon as I hear from them.
