Great during the day, not so great at night and dusk

I bought a Micro Minnie 2100BH for my Micro Minnie and will definitely do it again. When the picture first came up I thought I'd give it a 5 star rating as it was bright and had a lot of colour. My first ride with it was a two day trip into the mountains and the screen quickly fogged up and darkened as the sun went down in the sky and not much use on the freeway at night. It just seems like it could be better. One surprising feature was that it has audio, which is great for backing up websites.

Voyager camera system

A camera system is installed. would not mate. Camera removed, voltage checked. Reinstalled. would not mate. When I called ASA Electronics, they helped me a lot. If you buy one of these, be sure to follow the instructions BEFORE THE LETTER, otherwise it won't work. ASA sends a new system. ASA sent the camera back. Said it wasn't broken. Have tried to install again and phoned ASA. It may not be defective, but it won't fit me. BRAINSTORM! The coachmen from the trailer were pre-connected to my…

For those who failed to pair

If you have followed all the instructions but still cannot pair the monitor and camera. The camera must be completely de-energized, so in some cases pre-wired trailers will still provide power to the taillights. and the camera connector so that the monitor cannot connect to the camera because the camera is still drawing power from the battery.1. If you have a camera installed, remove it completely. If it is not installed, please read the instructions below first.2. Connect the trailer to the…

Moisture builds up in the camera lens

The Winnebago Mini caravan we bought is already prepared for this camera system. I installed a camera in the back of a caravan and it seemed to work fine. The trailer stayed under the roof after the camera was installed until we left Ohio for Florida in December. After stopping for lunch in Corbin, Kentucky and restarting our pickup, I saw almost nothing from the camera. I got out to clean the camera lens and saw that moisture had built up in the camera lens! The trailer/camera never left our…

Not very rainproof

We received the camera on time and installed it immediately using the existing WiSight cables. The assembly took about 10 minutes, including gluing with water-repellent sealant. It worked great on the first short rides. I had to turn on the headlights to be able to use them all the time while driving, as expected. We then drove 1,900 miles from Seattle to San Diego, but on the day we left it rained the whole time. By the way very bad. The camera could not stand it and condensation got into the…

Confirm it on the car's rear view cameras

Short answer: It does what it says on the tin and works as advertised. It works as a rear view camera. However, I had hoped for a little more. I was hoping it could work as a rear view camera. Not as much. Above all the professionals. Clear image and enough field of view to see the full width of the trailer. With the angle pointing down just above the rear bumper, there is solid confidence and confidence when reversing. night vision works. It has a one-way audio system (the driver can hear his…

This is a meh camera, for the price it should have been great.

I wanted to love this camera because it's so expensive, but you know you're buying a $150 camera for $350 because these guys pay RV companies to install their pre-installed kits wiring by the thousands of RVs that never drive out installing a Voyager camera. The ease of installation makes up for some of the wasted money in the purchase price. Now for the service. The screen resolution is quite low. Think back to the quality of a Sony viewfinder in the early 2000s. The contrast is really bad…
