I put this on my daughter's 2017 CRF 150f and all I have to say is WOW! Less than the price of a track it sounded great with a smooth deep tone suitable for a small modification and my dad liked it so much he asked me to customize one for his CRF230! Note: Inkjet installation is highly recommended.

Great for my son's TBR7. The header went great and everything mounted. The only thing I did was add a small bracket to move the muffler mounting position a few inches from the stock position. Except for the heat pack, which is an extra step, the installation would probably take around 10 minutes. Sounds great with deep tone.

I installed this exhaust kit on my 2005 CFR230F. I had to buy an exhaust pipe gasket separately (head to head). It will stall under braking until replaced. It took some work to bring it into line. Leave the bolts/nuts loose until everything is assembled. I also wrapped the joints in chrome muffler wrap. In addition, I installed a universal heat shield over the manifold pipe. I bought a Revain Honda Power Up Jet Kit and removed the air filter baffle (the top of the filter box). keep warm…

This product is listed for 230! It is not so! The header tube is tricked into sliding onto another tube, then the hole for the support bolt is removed. The nut that is welded into the tube for the support bolt is welded on at an angle so that it does not run together. Rather spend a little more money and buy a branded exhaust like the FMF! I think if you have a cheap non branded bike it will fit you but not on a 230! All ratings over 150, but nothing over 230!

The muffler hangs almost 2 inches below the rear bracket on my 2006 Honda CRF230F. I couldn't and didn't want to force it, so I made a small extension "clamp" out of a 3" x 2" piece of metal I had laying around, this took about 10 minutes. I used an old bolt/nut and installed it.
