Hard but not 1mm in end mills

The length varied slightly which doesn't really matter to me. The diameter of the cutter I had was 1.45mm. I didn't go back because it suited my needs well enough. You have done a good job with the aluminum processing.

Pros
  • Solid finish
Cons
  • Nothing

Great price good performance

I use it to cut 925 sterling silver. They last long enough and give a good surface finish. They broke when your tolerance didn't work. Up to 150 mm per minute, 0.12 documents and 10,000 rpm. You might find better and more durable ones, but not at this price point.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons

This might work fine for PCBs, but if you're thinking about using this.

I did not order this product for its intended use on printed circuit boards. I wanted to make very small cutouts in MDF. Well I didn't get very far, shot 3 beats in a few minutes and called it Quirks. This might work well for circuit boards, but if you're thinking of using it for wood, think again.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Some small things

Different lengths. on cutting tools

They do the job but they are all different lengths. Not sure why or if they have been sharpened and revised. But all the bits I got were slightly different lengths. I have bought many other CNC machines but have never seen anything like this. They get the job done, although they dull quickly when milling CF, hence the 3 stars.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Expensive

The cutting blade is a little long

The cutting shaft is about twice as long as it should be, only 1mm, the tool does not perceive movements well, if you want to cut at a snail's pace, fine, but try Cutting them at any speed, they snap off about 1/2 their length then they work pretty well, I broke off to see how it works and I've gotten a lot of good work out of this cutter.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine
