Moderately bright. Defective after 5,000 km.

**UPDATE** One of these LED bulbs failed after 5000 miles. It's not clear if this was a water leak (e.g., poor quality installation) or a manufacturer's fault. Checked last night, the area around the headlight was dry. It's currently flickering faintly, so I suspect it's something in the driver box; or the LEDs may have overheated; will find out soon. ***** Approximately the same brightness as original Osram D1S HID lamps. It's not 80 watts but still decent

I bought these because they were advertised as 80 watts 9600 lumens (40 watts per bulb) of all LED headlight bulbs. However, with my calibrated meter I measured 1.31A (18W) low beam and 1.96A (27W) high beam per bulb, which is only 66% of the advertised 13.8V. The headlights have a pretty noticeable cut off my reflector housing. There are a few hot spots and they are no closer to the center of the beam making their light per lumen a bit less usable than standard incandescent bulbs but I would…

I am so happy with the amount of light and the pattern of these lamps.

I bought and installed HB3 (high beam) for my Silverado truck. I am so pleased with the amount of light and pattern these bulbs provide which is why I ordered H7 LEDs for our Hyundai Santa Fe Sport (Hi Beam) today. Time and ability to get timely customer support (if needed) are the deciding factors for these lamps. Prior to these purchases I have ordered other brand LEDs for our vehicles from other suppliers here at Revain. A particular seller never responded (even after I contacted Revane)…
